2. Accounts and Gameplay Data

  • Game progress, virtual items, XP, and in-game currency have no real-world monetary value
  • Virtual items cannot be exchanged for real money or transferred outside the Service
  • Game data may be reset, modified, or removed as part of updates or account actions

Bite Battle may offer virtual items or in-game content.

  • All virtual items are licensed, not sold
  • Purchases are non-refundable except as required by applicable law
  • We do not guarantee the permanent availability of any virtual item

4. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time using the in-app account deletion feature.

Upon account deletion:

  • All associated data and game progress are permanently removed
  • Deleted accounts cannot be restored

5. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including characters, artwork, designs, text, and code, is the property of Bite Battle or its licensors.

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the content without permission
  • Use the Service or its assets for commercial purposes

6. Service Availability and Changes
